We welcome other agents and are happy to construct attractive commission arrangements, where possible.
In Japan, it is typical for the buyer of a property to pay their agent 3%, however that agent needs to be licensed in Japan to perform certain tasks. If you do not have a real etate license in Japan, we can usually arrange an equal commission split. This recognises both the sourcing of the client and the work required to complete the sale (including bilingual contract preparation).
Some vendors have made special allowance to also pay a commission to referring agents. These can be up to an additional 3%, so contact us to find out what special deals we have currently.
